Today, I combine this leadership experience with a practical, human-first approach to AI. I help C-level executives and senior teams cut through the hype, integrate AI into business strategy, and strengthen leadership development and decision-making. My work spans public, commercial, and mission-driven sectors and is always anchored in purpose, people, and performance.

My 25-year career spans executive leadership, market expansion, and product innovation. 
I’ve led digital businesses across media, agency services, and marketing technology, building and scaling high-performing teams in sales, marketing, product, and account management. I have held several global roles, particularly across the UK & US. In the last 5 years I have served multiple boards as NED & Chair.
