Before founding Pardalis, Rebecca spent more than 25 years in senior commercial, media, marketing technology, and advisory roles, leading teams across sales, marketing, product, partnerships, and client strategy. Her career has spanned high growth-stage businesses, international expansion and board roles, giving her a practical understanding of how change really happens.

Today, she brings that experience to organisations that want to use AI with more clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her approach is pragmatic, human-first, and grounded in the belief that successful AI adoption depends on leadership, alignment, governance, and organisational readiness as much as technology.
